Information we receive
When you submit a quotation, sample, contact, or distributor form, we receive the details you enter. These may include your name, company, email address, phone number, country or region, product interests, project or shipping information, and the message you send. We also record the form type, submission time, source page, referral information, and campaign parameters where available.
How we use it
We use your information to answer questions, prepare quotations, arrange samples, and provide project, distributor, technical, or after-sales support. We also use it to notify the appropriate sales contact, confirm that we received your request, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and maintain a record of our business communication. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and service providers
Form submissions are stored in a restricted website database controlled by Sungem WPC and are sent to our sales team by email. The production website and its WordPress database are hosted by Hostinger. Hosting and email providers process submissions for storage, security, delivery, and confirmation purposes. Access is limited to people who need the information to handle enquiries and maintain the service.
Optional website analytics
When you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand page views, traffic sources, device and browser information, and enquiry-page journeys. Entering an enquiry page records a start event; entering its thank-you page records a completion event. The four form types are distinguished by a category label, not by your name, email, phone number, message or enquiry reference. Page-arrival counts are not a verified count of submitted enquiries.
Google processes analytics data under its applicable terms and may process it outside your country. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can reject or withdraw optional analytics using “Cookie settings” in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for storage details.
Retention
We normally retain website enquiries for up to 24 months from submission so that we can respond, follow up, and understand the history of a project or business relationship. We may keep information for longer when required for an active business relationship, legal obligation, dispute, or security investigation.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information associated with your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may need to be retained where the law or an active contractual relationship requires it.
